WHAT YOU NEED :
1 lb of Sage flavored sausage
1 sweet Vidalia (or large yellow) onion, diced
4 tbs flour
2 cups milk
8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
salt and cracked black pepper to taste
1 package Pillsbury Crescent rolls
1 package Pillsbury Golden Layers Flaky Biscuitsor
HOW YOU CAN MAKE THIS :
the first stpe: let's Preheat the oven to 350 dgré.
the second step: Use a large, deep skillet cook crumbled sausage over medium
the third step: Empty all grease, except about 1 tsp. & then add onion cut in dices and cook up to tenderness, about five min.
the fourth step: in sauce pot heat the milk over medium low heat & whisk in flour.
Cook and move always during 3-4 minutes until mixture thickens lightly.
the fifth stpe: now begain by adding cream cheese and stir until melted
then Add salt & pepper.
the sixth step: Grease a 9x13 baking dish, spread out flat sheet of crescent roll
Pour our sausage gravy onto the crescent sheet and spread to cover.
the seventh step: Pour sausage gravy on the paper and then covered it
Top with flaky biscuit dough
the final step: Put the pot in the oven for 20-22 at 350 degrees.until the biscuit get a brown color .
