Loaded Potato Potluck Favorite!!!









Ingredients:
8 medium potatoes (about 2 1/2 to 3 lb. total), peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
1 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups (8-oz. pkg.) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided
Sliced green onions (optional)

Directions:
first choose place potatoes in large saucepan. Cover with water; bring to a boil. Cook over medium-high heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender; drain.
make the oven in  350° F  andGrease 2 1/2- to 3-quart casserole dish.
after return potatoes to saucepan; add evaporated milk, sour cream, salt and pepper. Beat with hand-held mixer until smooth. Stir in 1 1/2 cups cheese and half of bacon. Spoon mixture into prepared casserole dish.
bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese, remaining bacon and green onions. Bake for an additional 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Best Homemade Dinner Rolls !!!












Ingredients:
1 cup whole milk or canned evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter (one stick)
1/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp salt
4 cup bread flour
2 tablespoons yeast
1-2 tbsp water if needed)
9 x 13 pan

How to make:
first you shoul Warm the milk to about 95 degrees F.
then Mix all of the ingredients  (except the water). add 1 tablespoon of water and after the second one 
when you see that all the ingredients are mixted.
Knead until the dough for approximately 7 minutes. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with a damp towel and Place the bowl in a warm area.
Allow the dough to rise for 1 hour
Grease your 9×13 pan.
after Split dough to have 4 even sections.
Divide each section in half again and then divide into 3 even balls.for  having 24 balls of dough.
Shape dough balls in your hand by rolling. Continue until all rolls are smooth and ball shaped.
Place the rolls in your buttered pan. It’s easiest to make 6 rows of rolls, 4 rolls deep.
Cover the rolls with a damp towel and let rise in a warm area for 15 to 20 minutes. You can let them rise for up to an hour if needed. The rolls should have doubled in size.
finally Remove the damp towel and bake at 375 degrees F for 14 to 17 minutes or until the rolls are light golden brown.  The color will be very light and subtle so make sure you don’t over cook.

Creamy Potato Casserole !!!








Ingredients:
4 c. cubed potatoes 
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
⅛ c. dried, minced onion (You can use also  green onions or white onions)
½ – 1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Instructions:
In the first step we Peel and dice the potatoes. then Place in a pot filled with about 2 ½ quarts of water and we bring to a boil. Turn the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain.
in second step we Preheat the oven to 325 deg.
Mix the crem of chicken soup, cheese, onion, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
Pour the potatoes into a large casserole dish and add the soup mixture. Mix well and cover.
Bake for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole !!!

INGREDIENTS:
3 pounds bone-in chicken breast halves, with skin
1 cup water
1 cup dry white wine
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 onion, sliced
1 cup chopped celery
2 (6 ounce) packages long grain and wild rice mix
1 (16 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup sour cream
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

HOW TO MAKE :
Place chicken breasts in a large pot with water, wine, salt, curry powder, onion, and celery. Cover, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 1 hour. Remove from heat, strain (reserving broth), and refrigerate to cool. Remove chicken meat from bone, and cut into bite size pieces.
Prepare the rice mix according to package directions. Replace the specified amount of liquid with the same amount of the reserved broth.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl combine the chicken, rice, and mushrooms. Blend in the sour cream and soup. Spoon into the prepared baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.

creamy oven- baked mashed potatoes !!!


Ingredients:
10 large potatoes, peeled, washed and cut in half
One 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
garlic salt, to taste
1 tablespoon butter, chopped into small pieces

Garnish: 
chopped chives and paprika, optional

How to make:
First you use a large pot of water to boil the potatots until tender.Drain, transfer to a large bowl and mash. Add all other ingredients and use an electric mixer to beat until fluffy. Transfer the potatoes to a large, buttered casserole dish. Top with dots of butter, chopped chives and paprika.
After put the in 350 degrees. Bake potatoes for 15 minutes.

Peach Dumplings !!!







Ingredients:

2 whole large peaches
2 8 oz cans crescent rolls
2 sticks butter
1-1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
cinnamon, to taste
1 12 oz can Mountain Dew

How to make:
in the first step start with peel and pit peaches.and Cut both peaches into 8 slices.
After this we roll each peach slice in a crescent roll.then Place this in a 9 x 13 buttered pan.
Melt butter, then add sugar and barely stir. Add vanilla, stir, and pour entire mixture over peaches. 
Pour Mountain Dew around the edges of the pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with ice cream, and spoon some of the sweet sauces from the pan over the top
realy it's so easy and does not take a long timeso you should try this amazing recipe

baked ripe plantains with cheese !!!









Ingredients:
6 ripe plantains, whole
1-2 tbs melted butter or oil, use as little as you want
6 thick slices of mozzarella
Optional garnish:
Aji criollo or cilantro hot sauce

How to make this:
1-Firstable Make the oven in 400 F
2-Then Peel the plantains, place them on a baking sheet and rub them with butter or oil.
3-After Bake the plantains for 30 minutes, then turn each one and bake for another 15-20 minutes or until golden on both sides.
4-Then Remove the plantains from the oven, made a horizontal slit on the middle of each plantain, and stuff them with the cheese slices.
5-In a few minutes the cheese will have melted, serve immediately, with or without hot sauce.

Yummy Jen’s Scalloped Potatoes !!!

























Ingredients:
6 potatoes, peeled
3 c, milk
6 Tbsp. flour
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
1.  First step you begin by cut potatoes into bite sized pieces.
2.  After this easy step let's preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3.  Boil potatoes for 15 minutes, drain well.
4.  in medieum Mix milk and flour together well.
5.  The next step Pour potatoes into a 13×9 baking dish.
6.  Sprinkle cheddar cheese and Velveeta over potatoes.
7.  Pour milk and flour mixture over everything.
8.  Season with salt and pepper.
9.  Bake for 45 minutes.

Pizza Rolls !!!


























Ingredients:
1 Can of crescent rolls
24 Pepperoni Slices
1-2 Cup(s) of  shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp of butter
Pinch of salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning
Parmesan Cheese (optional ) 

Directions:
1.) First step let's Preheat the oven to the temperature according to the can of crescent rolls
2.) Then Open the can and separate the crescents. Place 3 pepperoni slices on each crescent, then sprinkle about a 1/4 cup or less of the cheese on the crescent, roll it up like a usual crescent roll, and place it on the cookie sheet. Continue until you have finished all the crescent rolls.
3.) Place in oven for 9-11 minutes.
4.) Melt butter in microwaves for 30 seconds to 1 minute, mix with salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
5.) When rolls come out of the oven, brush with butter mixture, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
