Fried Apples !!


You need to prepare this recipe :
You need first 3 big apples such as red or yellow delicious
And also 4 T. butter
Also two T. brown sugar
Then one T. white sugar
And 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 C. apple juice
Finally one tsp. corn starch

Instructions :
I realy enjoied this quick and simple recipe for my kids after dinner, they really liked it and it was so easy for me to prepare ... so first step is to peel apples & slice,After that now  melt butter over medium high heat then you need next to add in the apples & the sugar. 
Second step : Now after all that ,in this step stir & cook about 5 mins, then make sure to reduce heat to medium then keep cooking about 5 more mins.
Step 3 : finally step , so after all that now whisk the apple juice & corn starch ,and then  pour over the apples &  stir as the sauce thickens.and finally add in the cinnamon the move out from heat. Serve and enjoye !!!

Chicken & Dumplings !!



Ingredients:
3 c. cooked chicken, cut into large pieces
½ c. butter
1/3 c. flour
½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup (98% fat free variety works great)

Dumplings:
2 c. flour
3 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp celery seed
¼ c. oil
1 c. milk

Directions:
Blend butter, flour, salt and pepper in saucepan. Add chicken broth and cook until thick. Stir in cream of chicken soup and add cooked chicken. Put in a 9x13 pan. To prepare dumplings, mix all ingredients together and stir until moistened. Drop rounded spoonfuls onto chicken and gravy. Bake at 425° for 20-25 minutes.

Easy Garlic Cheese Bread !!!




ingredients:
1 loaf French Bread (I used 2 small loaves of my homemade French Bread)
1/2 C butter (one stick) softened
1 1/2 T Johnny’s Garlic Seasoning
1 C mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 C Parmesan cheese, grated
1 T dried parsley

Directions:
1. Slice your french bread in half. 
2. Combine the butter and the Johnny’s Garlic Seasoning. 
3. Spread the butter on the inside of the bread.
4. Wrap the bread in tin foil.
5. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
Do you sometimes wonder if I live in a house with orange walls and bright orange lights shining every were….by the looks of these pictures I wouldn’t blame you if you did! 
6. Take the bread out of the oven and sprinkle with the cheese. Wrap just the sides of the bread now with foil. Leave the cheese out in the open.
7. Put the pan back in the oven and turn in to broil. Broil just until the cheese starts to brown. 
8. Sprinkle with parsley, cut and serve.

chicken breasts casserole !!!

ingredients:
1 lb chicken breasts, diced into 1” cubes
1 medium onion (color of your choice, i used yellow last night)
2.5 cups chopped broccoli
1.5 cups (volume when cooked) brown rice
10 oz can cream of chicken soup
10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup 0% plain greek yogurt
3/4 shredded cheese (i used monterey jack & mild cheddar)
salt, pepper & TJs everyday seasoning blend (all to taste)

directions:
Firstable take a saute pan and use it to mix brown chicken & onion and cook the mixture,after
steam broccoli, and cook rice.
Then combine cooked chicken, onions, broccoli, rice and remaining ingredients and try to mix well.
pour mixture into casserole dish. sprinkle with cheese.
bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, until warmed through, about 15-20 minutes 
alternatively, you can make this ahead of time and keep the casserole dish in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Finally bake it longer (maybe 35-40 minutes) in order for it to warm through.
And have a nice meal

Mississippi Mud Pie




Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
Pie Filling:
1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 12oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed 
1 package (3 1/2 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 package (3 1/2 oz) instant butterscotch or French vanilla pudding mix

Prepare the Crust: 
Combine the graham cracker crumbs (you can buy the crumbs by themselves, or just pulse some crackers in your food processor), the sugar (1/4 cup) and the melted butter. Press firmly onto the bottom and sides of a 9" pie plate.
You could also shortcut this recipe further and use a store-bought graham or chocolate cookie crust.
Prepare the Pie Filling: With an electric mixer, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar (3/4 cup) together until well-blended. Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread onto the graham cracker crust.
Combine the chocolate and butterscotch pudding mixes. Add the milk and mix well. Spread atop the cream cheese layer.
Top with the remaining whipped topping. Chill for at least 30 minutes to an hour before serving. Garnish as desired - I like to use Heath "Brickle Bits" on top!

Cilantro Tilapia




Ingredients:
3 TBSP olive oil
4 (4 ounce) tilapia fillets, fresh
2 TBSP Ms. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning
2 TBSP cajun seasoning
black pepper, to taste
1 bunch cilantro

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Coat the bottom of a baking dish with olive oil. Place the tilapia fillets in the pan. Sprinkle desired amount of Ms. Dash, cajun seasoning, and pepper over tilapia pieces. Press several sprigs of cilantro on top of each piece. Bake tilapia for 8 to 12 minutes.

Custard Popovers Recipe




Ingredients:
Popovers
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tsp. butter or margarine

Filling
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp salt
3 cup milk
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup brandy
1/2 cup evaporated milk or whipping cream

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Generously grease 10 muffin cups or 6 custard cups with shortening.
In a medium mixing bowl, stir together flour and salt. Add eggs, milk, and melted butter or margarine. Beat with a rotary beater or a wire whisk till smooth, about 2 minutes. Divide batter evenly between muffin or custard cups.
Bake for 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F. Bake 20 minutes longer. Turn off oven and let stand in warm oven for 10 minutes to become more crisp. Serve hot.
In a sauce pan put sugar, salt and flour and mix well. Gradually add milk and mix well. Beat egg yolks separately and add to the mixture. Slowly bring to boil stirring constantly until thickened. Add butter and stir. Let it cool to room temperature or in a refrigerator. Add evaporated milk , vanilla, and brandy. Whip the mixture with mixer.
Cut tops if necessary and fill popovers with custard just before serving.

Lemon drizzle cake






Ingredients:
for the cake
4 oz softened butter (make sure it's really soft)
6 oz self-raising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
6 oz superfine sugar
2 large eggs
6 tablespoons milk
1 large lemon (unwaxed, finely grated rind of)

For the icing:
1 large lemon (juice of)
4 oz superfine sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C/gas mark 4.
I use an oblong tin which measures 9" x 8", lined with baking parchment. could also be made in a round tin, but size of which, I'm not sure!!
Tip all cake ingredients into large mixing bowl and beat for 2-3 minutes; mixture will drop easily off spoon. Spoon mixture into tin and smooth with back of spoon.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden & firm to the touch.
Beat together icing ingredients and pour over the cake while it is still HOT.
Cool in tin & cut into squares. YUM YUM!!!!

Tasty homemade ICE cream !!



Directions:
Hello , summer means for many of us ice cream 
and all the products that can decrease our feelings of hot
So here , i’ll try to give you a recipe for handmade ice cream
Firstable you start with 2 cups of heavy cream
and 1 can of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk.
Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks
Add your flavors, toppings, and mix-ins to the sweetened condensed milk
Then fold in the whipped cream
and that’s it freeze it and enjoy it

Grilled Balsamic Flank Steak





Ingredients:
¼ c. balsamic vinegar
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. dark brown sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 lb. flank steak
salt and pepper

serves 4 ( 5 points + )

Directions:
First you have to mix all the ingredients in a large ziplock bag.then you add steak, turn to coat; marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature. Grill until you get the form desired. Let stand, covered loosely with foil for 10 minutes, after cutt it  in thin strips against the grain
you serve it with potatoes and have nice meal
